The rad Cymru traineeship is a paid opportunity within a Welsh television production company. The programme aims to break down barriers to entry for those who are underrepresented in the industry, including those with a disability, from black, Asian or ethnic minority communities, or a disadvantaged background. This hub is a partnership between Creative Wales, BBC Wales and the NFTS.
